Tackling Obesity Care

The clinical realm of obesity is well-known, but the communication between patient and physician and medical team is less well understood.  Mosaica Solutions listened to patients and physicians, convened an panel of primary care physicians and team members who reviewed clinical research, specialty society guides, and the voices of our focus groups to develop of activities to support both patients and their physician/teams.

Open Access

We find ourselves in an environment where technological advancements have streamlined the availability of online access to research and publications and funders of research are now demanding faster dissemination of scholarly research to a global audience. Mosaica Solutions is hosting a multi-stakeholder roundtable to explore the transformation of traditional publishing to the world of OA by examining: the successes of OA in achieving its mission; the challenges preventing OA from continuing its success; the opportunities that remain to be developed; and the disrupters that will influence adoption of OA.  Our goal is to explore those factors that will further the transformation of open access publishing and drive OA adoption across the global medical community.

Knowlege Translation

Working with 11 education providers, including medical societies, academic medical centers, health systems, and ACOs, Mosaica Solutions has guided a learning collaborative through educational planning, use of data, integration of feedback, and support for change processes.

Improving the Care of Patients with Substance and Opioid Use Disorders

As lead staff members of the CAFP and IPMA, we led the first collaborative of 28 California primary care residency programs collaborative on projects to improve patient care.  Mosaica Solutions is pleased to be the educational content development team for the second cohort of this project, working with master faculty to provide high quality, relevant and evidence-based education on a clinical and process-practice topics.

Exploring Healthcare Topics in Asia-Pacific

Mosaica Solutions has been engaged in a variety of projects in APAC, working with family medicine and primary care physicians on projects producing consensus statement roundtables, training recommendations, virtual learning collaboratives, and train-the-trainer workshops.

Grant Writing Collaborative

Learning objectives, educational design outcomes development are keys to successful grant writing and funded proposals. Mosaica Solutions implemented this virtual collaborative touching all the pieces of a proposal, assisting healthcare professionals in Asia Pacific in their quests for project support.
