Grant Writing Workshop

Writing a grant proposal begins with an idea. Perhaps your idea is based in a patient need or a community challenge. You identify varied collaborators including academic organizations, government and community NGOs. Your colleagues share their thoughts and offer to contribute their expertise to address the need. You will bring together the who, what, where and how as you develop your grant. The overarching question is why. Why is your project deserving of funding?

Through this project we will explore how to structure a grant, identifying stakeholders, developing needs, selecting the proper educational design and measuring the impact of your grant. Each participant will develop a grant that you will share with the collaborative.
